Diode Lasers

Diode Lasers have many advantages over CO2 in several ways, depending on power and what wavelength (frequency) of light is used they can mark and engrave materials like aluminum and stainless steel, which is virtually impossible with CO2 lasers, they are extremely light weight, low power consumption, easy to install and use, and are much lower cost that DPSSL or Fiber Galvo lasers, Contact Us with any questions about material capabilities or to get a quote on a sample engraving on your material.

DPSSL Lasers

DPSSL Lasers are a Diode Pumped Solid State Lasers where a solid state laser pumps a solid medium like Neodymium-Doped YAG Crystals, and is unbelievably powerful for its size and cost with capabilities ranging from in depth engraving of metals like aluminum and stainless, to color engraving on stainless steel, titanium, sapphire, and more, a true industrial solution at incredibly affordable prices. Much higher beam quality and accuracy than Diode, and significantly more efficient than Diode or CO2, don't let the seemingly low power output fool you. These are designed to work hard, work long and last, at over 10,000+ hours of rigorous testing our DPSSL lasers are in a class of there own and will bring your capabilities to the next level.

Fiber Galvo Lasers

Fiber lasers are normally reserved for super high end manufacturing processes, and can be hundreds of thousands of dollars with applications ranging from metal engraving and rust removal to cutting thick steel with virtually no effort or even shooting down rockets from space (not kidding) Our low cost Galvanometer based Fiber lasers can cut thin metal, engrave on brass, stainless steel, titaniam, glass, mirrors, and so much more at speeds that if your not careful you'll miss it. Really its that fast, by comparison the best CO2 lasers or diodes that are mounted to CNC Routers or 3D Printers or stand alone, move at a seemingly fast speed around 200-300 mm per second, our Fiber Galvo DIY can engrave at speeds approaching 3000 mm per second, Blindingly fast, and oh yeah use safety goggles....
